  4. CONSIGNMNET SELLER shall provide an accounting, under aoth, or 
  5. otherwise verified, every @344 days to OWNER, each accounting 
  6. being accompanied by payment in full for all sums due. Should any 
  7. sums not be paid when due, then OWNER shall have the right, but 
  8. not obligation, to repossess all merchandise of OWNER's in 
  9. CONSIGNMENT SELLERS possession. All sums due, but unpaid, shall 
  10. bear interest at the highest legal rate applicable.

  13. CONSIGNMENT SELLER shall permit an audit by representatives of 
  14. @001 of all of its books and records, together with a physical 
  15. inspection of the premises and inventory of goods at such times 
  16. as OWNER may desire.
